Job Description
- The role of client’s Partner Consulting team is to provide teams across with the insights and frameworks (e.g., T&Cs, (tearms and condidations) risk, security, and legal terms pricing, security requirements — ncl legal and contractual agreements, financial model, operational processes, performance metrics and monitoring, risk management governance, … ) necessary to create successful partnerships, ensuring alignment of partnership initiatives and established governance across the company.
- Our client currently manages a wide range of partnership models that address various use cases, internal strategic needs, and other specific requirements.
- Given the increasing complexity and growing demand in this area, we aim to rationalize and optimize the existing Partnership Framework to ensure effectiveness, scalability, and, most importantly, alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- The primary task of the Contractor’s assignment will be to develop a set of recommendations based on a comprehensive review of the current Framework, identifying gaps, and exploring opportunities for optimization.
Besides, the Contractor will drive and/or support activities in the following areas:
- Product Management of different Partnerships Programmes, including lifecycle analysis
- Profitability analysis and reporting to measure success and effectiveness of Partnerships; define key metrics, identify data sources, develop dashboards ,…
- Partners onboarding and operations, including improvement initiatives
- Design frameworks for new types of partnerships, incl legal and contractual agreements, financial model, operational processes, performance metrics and monitoring, risk management governance, …

- The Partner Consulting Team is part of the Product division, So Product knowledge is important – maybe someone who worked previously at with experience with products.

- These partners are external, not direct clients, but they have their own customers behind them.
