Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise and strategic leadership to drive the evolution of our architecture and technologies.
The technologies used are:
- C#
- Sql/MongoDB
- Blazor/UWP/VueJS => target is to move all to Blazor
- Hangfire
- RabbitMQ
- Clean architecture.
- NServiceBus => Dapr
Requirements:
- Languages: English is a must with very good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- Min 4 years of experiences as .NET Architect.
- Onsite presence for 2 days per week is required
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skill.
- Coaching developer teams.
- Be a player role in a scrum teams.
- Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint) .
- Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytics skills).
- Give a good vision on the target architecture.
- Challenge technical choice with other Tech leads and Dev.
- Challenge feature with PO.
- Explain to non-business people the technical aspect.
- Organize collaborative technical session with developers and architects.
- Handle priority and emergency in efficient way.
- Structured in the solution approach.
- Explore new technologies and keep a good technical watch.
