Job Description
- We are seeking a talented Aerospace Engineer with a strong background in drone technology, aeronautics, and mechanical systems.
- The role involves designing and optimizing UAV components, performing advanced analyses like FEA and CFD, and ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electronic systems.
- Expertise in tools such as Hypermesh, Abaqus, Catia V5, and programming languages like Python and Matlab is essential.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, develop sustainable solutions, and contribute to cutting-edge innovations in the drone industry.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are a must.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of UAV components, including airframes, propulsion systems, and embedded structures.
- Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize drone performance.
- Design and simulate structural elements using tools such as Hypermesh, Radioss, Abaqus, and Catia V5.
- Oversee the integration of mechanical and electronic systems in UAVs.
- Plan and execute structural, aerodynamic, and environmental tests, including vibration and flutter mode analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and improve system performance.
- Work closely with R&D teams to innovate and enhance drone technologies.
- Engage with suppliers and partners to ensure the quality and compatibility of components.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., ESTACA or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience or internships in the aerospace or drone industry.
Technical skills
- UAV System Design and optimization.
- Hypermesh, Abaqus, Radioss, Optistruct.
- Fluent, Abaqus.
- Catia V5, SolidWorks.
- Python, Matlab, VBA, Simulink, C/C++.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and teamwork skills
