Accountant
Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Accountant to join our Finance Section. As part of our team, you will assist with journal entries, account-based ledgers, and closing entries, ensuring compliance with German GAAP standards. You will support various accounting tasks and play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping for assets, sales, costs, and expenses to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of monthly statements by collecting and compiling relevant data.
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements by organizing necessary data.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for management and headquarters, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Post and reconcile operating expenses and process employee expense claims.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial master data in the accounting and finance systems.
Qualifications
- Completed Ausbildung or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance Accounting or a related field.

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
