Analysis of the integration of different information systems;
Production of software architecture documents and coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture;
Data analysis and data modelling;
Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud;
Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components;
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.
Requirements:
University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 14 years;
Minimum 5 years of experience working as ServiceNow Developer or Tech lead;
Deep knowledge of architecture best practices and patterns on ServiceNow platform;
Good knowledge of ServiceNow applications design;
Ability to design and implement custom applications on the Now Platform, tailored to unique business needs;
Good knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including Employee Center, Case and Knowledge Management, and Employee Document Management;
Experience in creating and customizing HR portals using the ServiceNow Portal Framework;
Expertise in integrating ServiceNow HR modules with other enterprise systems;
Solid understanding of data security and privacy regulations in HR systems (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA);
Good knowledge of business process analysis;
Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, CSS3 and SASS;
Experience in Web security, authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, Open ID Connect);
Experience with responsive and adaptive design;
Good knowledge in client-side development of complex applications involving: multi module, Web Components;
Possession of one of the following certificates: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HR;
