The candidate also has experience in onboarding processes, working closely with product development, operations, IT, and client service teams. They have been involved in user access management, training sessions, and testing, particularly in client portals. Their technical skills include proficiency in Power BI, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Blueworks, and Salesforce, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. They also have a solid foundation in project management, teamwork, and critical thinking.
