Our mission is to support our customers’ daily work with efficient, effective, risk and security embedded processes, that are easy to use and to comply to changes within the client, the external environment and the security landscape, require that we review and adjust our processes on a regular basis. The IT Process Office supports the IT organisation in the design, execution and continuous improvement of the processes in order to improve their performance and security.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners to align ICT and business needs seamlessly.
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new features on a project basis.
  • Design and document clear, comprehensive process flows and oversee adjustments.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Coordinate and align content with interfaces, including risk functions.
  • Define and implement process roadmaps to achieve desired states.
  • Monitor process quality, efficiency, and effectiveness through defined measurements.
  • Analyze and redesign processes to drive continuous improvement and implement changes.
  • Facilitate process maturity investigations in response to audits, risks, and regulatory requirements.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • 5+ year of IT process management experience
  • Strong conceptual/analytical skills – being able to translate process requirements and concepts into solutions.

  • Diplomatic and able to reconcile differences in opinion
  • Convincing communication and diplomacy. Able to present, discuss and defend process related topics to any level (staff member, (senior) general manager, risk officer, auditor, …).
  • Open for international cooperation (fluent English communication).
  • Having knowledge on IT infrastructure, technology and processes, experience in ITIL, COBIT, ServiceNow, QlikSense, Project management skills
