Responsibilities
- Drive the development of new small molecules and polymers, including hands-on lab work, to meet application goals.
- Enhance existing products for new applications, leveraging benchmarking and targeted testing to establish technical value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and assist in applying and qualifying products for specific applications.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical work plans, conducting evaluations, trials, and commercialization activities.
- Monitor industry trends in medical, infrastructure, and mobility segments to identify new opportunities.
- Present technical information to both internal and external audiences, adapting content for technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to market-driven growth programs and customer-specific projects.
- Actively participate in global technology initiatives, offering expertise and strategic recommendations.
- Support intellectual property development through invention disclosures, technical record-keeping, and coordinating with patent counsel.
- Evaluate technical landscapes and assess the commercial viability of potential innovations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
