Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team.

  • In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and accurate processing of payroll across multiple jurisdictions, including Spain, Gibraltar, Macedonia, Croatia, and managing end-to-end payroll for Malta.
  • This role combines a strong focus on payroll processes and compliance with broader HR administrative responsibilities to support the growth of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Collect accurate payroll data from various departments and relay it to payroll providers in Spain, Gibraltar, Macedonia, Croatia, and manage payroll for Malta.
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for employee data, maintaining correct and up-to-date payroll systems and generating various reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Produce and distribute regular payroll and HR reports as needed.
  • Work closely with the Employee Experience team to enhance HR processes, policies, and implement improvements.
  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR matters, ensuring excellent customer service and handling confidential information professionally.
  • Stay current on changes to payroll and HR regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee inductions.
  • Assist with contract management, benefits administration, and employee relations as required.
