Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Salesforce environment, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system designs, implement customizations, and enhance system functionality. Your efforts will be integral to streamlining business processes, improving system performance, and ensuring the ongoing success of the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee system configuration, user setup, roles, permissions, and access control.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and availability of the Salesforce environment through regular checks and maintenance.
  • Maintain data integrity and security, including regular data uploads, backups, audits, and field validation.
  • Manage user account maintenance, create reports, dashboards, workflows, and handle routine administrative tasks.
  • Implement and manage customizations in Salesforce, including page layouts, fields, record types, custom objects, validation rules, and formulas.
  • Develop and configure workflows, automation rules, and flows to optimize business processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and deploy new Salesforce features and customizations.
  • Oversee data imports, cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment processes to maintain high-quality data.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and monitor system health.
  • Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, respond to help desk requests, and conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, upgrades, and patches; test and deploy new functionalities, including third-party integrations.
  • Ensure integrations with third-party applications (Slack, Zendesk, Onfido, JIRA, Quickbooks, etc.) are maintained and operate efficiently.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, Salesforce security standards, and ensure adherence to best practices in data entry and system functionality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform functionalities
