Job Description
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team and support the Head of Documentation in producing and maintaining high-quality documentation for various audiences.
- You will ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all materials, enabling our teams, users, and clients to confidently engage with our product features and tools.
- As a Technical Writer, you will contribute to creating a single source of truth for all product features and tools, assisting both internal and external stakeholders in accessing up-to-date and comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and concise documentation for clients, such as API documentation, backend and frontend process flows, feature guides, and how-to articles.
- Continuously update and refine documentation to align with product releases and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare release notes for internal and client use, summarizing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Write detailed guides to facilitate the implementation and usage of new tools and product functions.
- Balance multiple documentation tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and clarity.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
- Exceptional writing skills in English
- A background in software development or IT
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly and apply this knowledge to documentation.
- Excellent and the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
