We are seeking a motivated and skilled C++ Developer to join our dynamic team in developing, testing, building, deploying, and operating insurance-related software.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain insurance-related software using modern tools and technologies.
- Analyze and implement business requirements and technical workflows independently.
- Automate and optimize development tools, build processes, deployment pipelines, and test procedures.
- Regularly review and improve related workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior work experience in software development is an advantage.
- Proficiency in C or a willingness to learn C with mastery of another programming language.
- Experience with Git and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly grasp and articulate complex issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of independence, team collaboration, responsibility, and customer focus.
- Flexibility, commitment, and eagerness to learn technical backgrounds.
