Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to drive the successful implementation of D365 Commerce projects.
- This role will involve working with various stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, design and configure D365 Commerce modules, and ensure seamless integration with eCommerce platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce processes and Dynamics 365 Commerce, with a focus on improving business operations and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze eCommerce business processes, including customer journeys, order fulfillment, and online merchandising, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and configure D365 Commerce modules, including Catalogue Management, Order Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Payments, to meet business requirements.
- Perform data mapping and migration activities to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Configure eCommerce integrations with external systems, such as marketplaces, payment gateways, and shipping providers.
- Participate in all phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Provide support during the go-live process and offer post-implementation assistance to resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with project teams to contribute to planning, execution, and tracking of project milestones and deadlines.
- Identify potential risks to project timelines and outcomes, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Present regular project status updates and address concerns to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementation projects.
- Proven expertise with D365 Commerce modules such as Catalogue Management, Order Management, Pricing, Promotions, and Payments.
