Job Description
- A global health and wellness company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to focus on Pricing and Promotions.
- This role will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining pricing strategies and promotional programs across global markets, particularly in North America and Latin America.
- The analyst will utilize data-driven strategies to optimize pricing structures, assess promotion effectiveness, and ensure competitive market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitor compensation plans and promotional strategies.
- Research competitor products and pricing strategies within the industry.
- Maintain systems for tracking promotion performance.
- Develop and maintain distributor retention models.
- Maintain accurate pricing and promotion databases.
- Develop distributor-facing analytics and reporting solutions.
- Assess incentive trip and recognition program effectiveness.
- Align pricing and promotional strategies with overall business goals by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-7 years of experience in pricing and promotion analysis.
- Experience in direct selling/multi-level marketing (MLM) industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with commission structures and compensation plans in direct selling is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.
