Job Description

As a Combined Team & Scrum Manager in the Customer Operations Back Office Tribe, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of key business processes.

  • This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual who excels in people management, operational excellence, and agile methodology.
  • You will guide a team of 16 process analysts and help them grow in their roles.
  • These process analysts are the guardians for the Customer Operations Back Office tribe on all continuous ongoing deliverables and changes in our organization.
Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Organize and optimize workloads, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with the delivery organization in close collaboration with the Tribe Product Owner.
  • Manage the transition to TIES 3.0 agile methodology by May 1st, ensuring the team adapts smoothly.
  • Oversee daily team management, including one-to-ones, engagement, and growth activities.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly and concisely communicate expectations, objectives, and changes to team members.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and offshore team members (4 team members in India)
  • Decision Making: Make timely and informed decisions based on available data, considering the potential impact on short- and long-term goals.
  • Handle last-minute changes and prioritize tasks effectively to meet business needs.
  • Agile Environment: Work in an agile environment, closely collaborating with the agile delivery organization.
  • Manage the team’s backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned with other tribes’ requirements.
  • People Management: Conduct daily team management, one-to-ones, engagement, and growth activities.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, ensuring team members are motivated and engaged.
  • Backlog Management: Manage the team’s backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is aligned with other tribes’ requirements.
  • Ensure the team is prepared for operational readiness and business acceptance testing.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Scrum Master.
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and RPA solutions
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and X-ray
Technical Background
  • Familiarity with software applications, business process mapping tools, and RPA solutions.
