User Interface Designer
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly creative and innovative User Interface (UI) Designer to join a renowned Software Development agency in the Swiss market.
- In this role, you will collaborate with a talented UI/UX Designer and a dedicated UX Researcher to design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for a wide range of web and mobile application projects across multiple industries.
- You will take ownership of creating design concepts, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless collaboration with the Frontend Development Team to bring pixel-perfect designs to life.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on Designs: Work closely with UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Frontend Developers to create innovative and user-centered designs.
- Concept Development: Generate design concepts for web and mobile applications, ensuring they align with user needs, business goals, and project requirements.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Participate in meetings with stakeholders and the Frontend Development Team Lead to discuss project requirements, design direction, and technical feasibility.
- Implementation Oversight: Oversee the technical implementation of designs to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy and quality in the final product.
Requirements
- UI/UX Design Knowledge: A strong understanding of User Interface Design principles and familiarity with UI/UX Design concepts.
- Creativity & Aesthetics: Excellent design sensibility with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and overall visual composition.
- Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Miro, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Languages: Proficient in both German and English (spoken and written).
