Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Information Systems (IS) team. In this role, you will provide 1st tier support, manage ticketing systems, and oversee platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
  • The Salesforce Administrator will assist various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Support, with day-to-day tasks and system enhancements. This position offers the chance to contribute to a cutting-edge enterprise network and security cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, performing data fixes and cleanups, and managing reports and dashboards.
  • Manage system configurations, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and access control.
  • Monitor the performance, reliability, and availability of systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and security through regular data uploads, backups, and field audits.
  • Perform basic administrative functions such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and routine tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience as an Admin on systems such as Zendesk or CPQ is an advantage.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities..
