Job Description
Guiding the entire department in applying the Agile principles on 5 levels
- Performing Agile rituals in product teams
- Facilitate E2E processes (demand and SDM) in terms of process and tooling
- Further optimize
- collaboration between different teams 4. Organizing and facilitating the PI Schedules within the department
- Facilitating processes that are delivered in project mode (based on commitments to customers) in terms of process and tooling
Responsibilities
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
- Demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects or development projects
- Demonstrable training with certification (Scrum Master/Coach within Agile development methodology);
- Demonstrable experience with Agile project operation (SCRUM) + agile values and principles
- Demonstrable experience with Agile tools
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams
Business Context

- As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you will guide the shift of roles and adaptation of processes bottom-up. You advise the management team on which of these adjustments should best be made in which teams, and when.

- We ensure that data is discoverable, accessible, interoperable and reusable, and ensure its quality and security to promote innovation, more efficient service delivery and strategic decision-making by our partners.
