Job Description
We are looking for a QA Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage quality processes, and ensure compliance with international standards.
- This role involves solving major quality issues, supervising quality teams, and acting as the Quality Management Representative during external audits.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement activities to enhance production quality.
- Identify and resolve critical quality issues reported by customers.
- Develop, implement, and manage quality procedures, policies, and work instructions.
- Interpret international quality standards and translate them into operational guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
- Serve as the Quality Management Representative during external audits.
- Supervise Quality Coordinators in conducting audits and using quality tools effectively.
- Lead quality conferences with international clients and suppliers.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations in fluent English.
- Actively participate in meetings and discussions in English with cross-functional teams.
