• Administering internal software (CRM) and managing databases.
• Conducting security and functional testing, both manually and automatically.
• Developing ticketing applications with PHP, React, and Symfony frameworks.
• Managing back office operations, including production, data entry, and graphic design.
• Creating and maintaining databases for various projects and clients.
• Providing customer support and technical assistance.
