• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud and hybrid Microsoft infrastructures.
• Manage user permissions, security roles, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Perform system hardening, patch management, and security compliance audits.
• Plan and execute migrations for Office 365, Exchange, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Support and administer virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to messaging, authentication, and networking.
• Document technical processes, prepare reports, and provide user training.
