Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our production processes. Your role will involve defining production techniques, selecting appropriate equipment, and enhancing workflows to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement production techniques, select suitable equipment, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and develop solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve technical issues, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process analyses to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to integrate design requirements and manage process changes effectively.
- Introduce and implement new technologies to improve production processes and maintain industry competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Industrial, or a related field); recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
