Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Engineer to proactively monitor and support our production systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations, incident management, and system administration across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Handle events and incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- Act as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Work closely with internal operations and engineering support teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of the Network Operations Center (NOC).
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to automate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
