Job Description

We are seeking a Change Manager to support and drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for employees, contractors, and management teams impacted by Digital Transformation projects.

  • The ideal candidate will implement change management strategies, facilitate stakeholder communication, and provide guidance to leadership and frontline managers to effectively navigate change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and execute change management strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize recommended change management tools and processes to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Support employees, contractors, and leadership in adapting to Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Bridge communication between project teams and impacted stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  • Develop and implement plans to mitigate resistance to organizational changes.
  • Act as a coach for senior leaders and directors, guiding them in their roles as change sponsors.
  • Provide coaching and direct support to frontline managers and change champions to assist their teams through transitions.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and risk analysis to develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Create and integrate change management deliverables into project plans.
  • Support training efforts and contribute to organizational design and role definition.
  • Evaluate user readiness, track and report change-related issues, and monitor change progress.
  • Assist in measuring success metrics to ensure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related field.
