Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Payroll Administrator to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery, maintain compliance with regulations, and work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to optimize payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for employees and contractors.
- Organize and structure payroll data efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data in journal format to Finance for processing.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and payroll confidentiality policies.
- Handle and resolve payroll queries, escalating issues when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve payroll systems and processes for seamless integration between HR, Payroll, and Finance.
- Maintain and update payroll policies, drafting new procedures as required.
- Support Finance and HR-related projects, assisting with reporting and audit queries.
- Contribute to global payroll expansion efforts and other payroll-related projects.
- Manage payroll correspondence and act as the main point of contact for escalated payroll inquiries.
- Foster cross-functional team relationships to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with payroll vendors to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery across multiple locations.
