Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to manage, administer, and optimize SAP systems while ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, cloud solutions, and infrastructure operations, along with strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer SAP CRM systems, ensuring stability and high performance.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including cloud-based solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within SAP CRM.
  • Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, providing end-user support and resolving system challenges.
  • Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
  • SAP CRM, SAP Basis, and SAP application management.
  • SAP Basis administration
  • SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud-based SAP solutions.
  • infrastructure operations, network management, interfaces, and load balancers.
  • troubleshoot complex technical issues

  • Azure, AWS, or GCP.
