Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to manage, administer, and optimize SAP systems while ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, cloud solutions, and infrastructure operations, along with strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer SAP CRM systems, ensuring stability and high performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems, including cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor and optimize SAP system performance, identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within SAP CRM.
- Perform regular system backups, data recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, providing end-user support and resolving system challenges.
- Collaborate with development and functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements
- SAP CRM, SAP Basis, and SAP application management.
- SAP Basis administration
- SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA, or other cloud-based SAP solutions.
