SAP BI/BW Consultant (SN0397)
Job Description
We are looking for a SAP BI/BW Consultant to support and enhance business intelligence and data warehousing solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, ERP/CRM systems, and SAP modules (PIM/MM).
- This role requires strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork to optimize SAP BI/BW solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for SAP BI/BW and related ERP/CRM systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP BI/BW performance issues.
- Work with ticketing and application monitoring tools to manage incidents and requests.
- Support data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions within SAP BI/BW.
- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and improve business processes.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across systems.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of SAP PIM and SAP MM.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in application support, preferably in SAP BI/BW.
- ERP or CRM systems

- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
