Job Description

  • A System Support Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of an organization’s IT systems and infrastructure.
  • This role involves supporting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems, ensuring the operational efficiency of IT services.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance, including servers, databases, and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, both hardware and software-related, in a timely manner.
  • Provide user support and address technical issues reported by internal or external users.
  • Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and improvements to ensure security and performance.
    Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in system support, IT infrastructure management, or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
