Job Description
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional digital experiences by designing intuitive user interfaces and seamless customer journeys.
- You will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, and developing user-centric designs while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- This role involves UX research, A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize user flows.
- Create interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Define the architecture of the user journey and optimize every interaction.
- Translate complex ideas into functional and visually appealing designs.
- Ensure designs are accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with UX best practices.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B test proposals.
- Analyze feedback and user behavior to enhance design effectiveness.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals.
- Support design decisions with strong documentation and process methodologies.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- User-Centered Design (UCD) and Visual Design Principles.
- Figma
