Job Description

we are looking for is a senior IT Analist (Data, Business, (non) Functional) with knowledge of software engineering to eventually manage agile development teams.

  • A good knowledge of the asylum procedure, including all administrative procedures related to the processing of asylum applications and the appeal procedure, is essential (mandatory). Below is a description of the duties and skills.
  • You will form a team with other experienced, highly competent and motivated people.
Responsibility
  • Ability to propose alternative solutions and make recommendations on the choices to be made, taking into account the whole context,
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in UX/UI design is an undeniable asset,
  • Knowledge of existing services and building blocks at the federal level is an absolute asset.
  • Due to the nature of the tasks and the clientele (bilingual working environment), as well as our internal way of working, a good (at least active) knowledge of Dutch, French and English is absolutely required and necessary.
  • As a functional and senior business IT analyst, you will assess and analyze the business processes and IT needs of client; You will translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements. and you will document systems, data flows, processes, use cases, user stories, wireframes and workflows,
  • As a Functional IT Analyst and Senior IT Business Analyst, you will act as a link between the business and the development team, communicating functional requirements to the development team in a clear and unambiguous manner,
  • As a future agile project manager, you will manage agile development teams, help plan and coordinate development team activities, co-oversee the quality of deliverables, and help identify and resolve issues within the team,
  • As a future agile project manager, you have a very good knowledge of the agile way of working and a good knowledge of software development and technology, necessary to communicate adequately with the development team.
