Oversee the execution of the Personal Data Protection Programme (PDPP), create strategy and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Identify non-compliance areas through assessments and prioritize remediation efforts.
Maintain, review, and update the PDPP Implementation Supporting Document, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory changes.
Develop PDPP forms, templates, and user-friendly training materials to facilitate adoption and compliance, incorporating regular awareness initiatives.
Assist in developing localized directives tailored to specific data processing activities and organizational structures.
Assess PDPP effectiveness, document lessons learned, and recommend enhancements based on emerging trends.
Track PDPP incidents and regulatory updates, maintain a breach response plan, and implement an ongoing compliance auditing program.
Provide assistance with unforeseen data protection requirements as needed.
Requirements
Hold a university degree (preferably in humanities or journalism or other subjects requiring excellent writing skills).
Possessing a PM certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PM2) are considered an advantage.
Having a personal data protection management certification (e.g. CIPP/M) is considered an advantage.
Strong experience in project management.
Deep understanding of complex organizational structures and the relationships between their various entities.
Experience in Personal Data protection or privacy is considered an advantage.
