Job Description

We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee and support projects of varying complexity, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.

  • This role will involve stakeholder coordination, project governance, and process optimization to drive successful project outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Support Projects: Oversee projects of varying complexity using standardized methods, processes, and tools to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers and stakeholders, gathering and clarifying expectations and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Establish and maintain a structured project communication framework to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Plan, monitor, and control project progress, providing regular reports to project governance and escalating issues as needed.
  • Ensure Project Success: Drive on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery, ensuring high levels of customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills
  • IT service management (ITSM) and IT service organizations.
  • Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  • Proficiency in project and process management methodologies
  • Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP.
  • relevant products, services, internal standards
  • Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills.
