Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Manager to lead and coordinate key financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, and financial reviews, for our Devices business.
- This role will involve financial modeling, performance analysis, and strategic collaboration to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and a deep understanding of key financial performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Process Management: Oversee and coordinate month-end close, forecasting, and weekly/monthly financial reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Develop and analyze financial models, business strategies, and growth opportunities for the Device business.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Establish key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to monitor financial health and continuous improvement.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with Device product line teams to support key strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Build financial and operational reports to inform business strategies and drive data-backed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science).
- Proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting.
