Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Solution Analyst to join our team for this project. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business requirements and target architecture, ensuring that every component of the solution is analyzed and documented up to the point they are ready for development and testing.
Key contribution
- Analyze business and functional requirements related to the Sigedis legal framework.
- Supervise/drive the work of other analysts, ensuring global coherence and completeness overall. Self-perform and deliver detailed analysis documents for some of the components.
- Contribute to the definition of an overall analysis method based on usual practices at Athora and best practices from the industry/past experience
- Work closely with developers, architects, and business teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Support testing phases, including functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance and documentation for end-users, technical teams and other analysts.
- Hands-on common sense approach with IT technical expertise in applications
- Ensures close support and cooperation with the IT project manager of theTransparency programme
- Facilitate the communication on the border between different delivery teams, and ensures that problems are identified and raised to the appropriate levels for resolution.

Technical knowledge and skills
- Proven track record in delivering IT analysis documents on complex projects
- Knowledge of the Life insurance industry, in particular pension second pilar insurances and SIGEDIS will be considered a strong asset
- Proven track record in delivering IT analysis based on market standards and/or proven industry best practices
- Good understanding of IT Front and Back-end systems. Knowledge of mainframe technology and challenges will be considered as an asset.
- 5+ years IT Solution analyst management experience
- Ability to work in and coordinate a team.
- Secondary degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering preferable
- Experience working with multiple IT service providers and solution integrators preferred
