As Product Owner AI and Knowledge Management Tool of the SFPD (KM-NET), you support the governance team with the technical aspects of the AI tool and projects.
A good understanding of both AI and knowledge management principles is crucial to know and master the vision on these two areas within the FPD and to ensure the implementation of these visions within KM-NET and the AI projects.
In this context, you supervise the working groups and communities that define new developments. It is important that you can reconcile different interests and streamline collaboration between all parties.
In a first phase, you perform a needs analysis of users and contributors of the tool and AI projects.
In a second phase, you are responsible for the evolutionary maintenance of the tool, the supervision of AI projects and the deployment of new features (including an AI application).
You also support the AI community through knowledge sharing and facilitate collaboration between stakeholders.
Knowledge and experience
You have minimal experience in knowledge management, preferably in a large government institution
You have experience or certification in Product Ownership or Scrum
You have experience in project management
You have experience with digital knowledge management tools and AI applications, from a business / end-user perspective
You have knowledge of Agile methodologies and change management
