Job Description

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to lead the technical management of our IT infrastructure and workplace services, ensuring availability, security, and optimal performance.

  • As the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT in the region, you will handle escalations, oversee vendor relationships, and drive continuous service improvements.
  • This role requires a hands-on approach, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across international teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and high performance.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Take an active role in executing technical tasks, demonstrating expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the regional IT lead, managing escalations, planning future business activities, and ensuring IT service continuity.
  • Collaboration & Licensing Management: Work closely with international colleagues to organize and manage software licensing and compliance.
  • Service Excellence: Define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support operational expectations and performance.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Handle multiple vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, financial oversight, and service level agreements.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring proper tracking and lifecycle management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance IT services, infrastructure, and workplace solutions across the organization.
  • Regional IT Support: Provide onsite and remote IT support across multiple locations in Northern Europe.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager, IT Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, workplace services, and enterprise IT tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
