Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
- As a servant leader, you will mentor teams, facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and ensure Agile principles are effectively applied.
- You will play a key role in building a high-performing team, driving Agile adoption, and promoting best practices in a scaled IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies such as Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Guide the team in adopting Agile principles, practices, and a growth mindset to improve efficiency.
- Foster cross-team communication and collaboration with stakeholders and the broader organization.
- Help the team refine estimation methods, optimize workflows, and enhance predictability while reducing risks.
- Ensure the proper adoption of SAFe methodologies and best practices in a scaled Agile environment.
- Conduct Agile and SAFe training sessions to build organizational awareness and capabilities.
- Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) to share experiences and drive Agile maturity across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I / PSM II).
- Strong SAFe knowledge
- Scaled Agile environments.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Polarion).
- SAP Solution Manager
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
- Passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
