Job Description
We are looking for a Test Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our data management solutions.
- You will play a crucial role in designing, executing, and automating test plans, working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust and high-performing software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and define effective test cases.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues, reproducing defects, and providing detailed insights for root cause analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in data management technologies.
- Testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Test automation tools and frameworks.
- Databases, data warehouses, and data integration technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
