Job Description

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of HRIS solutions.

  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into system configurations, and ensure the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project teams to facilitate workshops, training sessions, and go-live assistance for clients.
  • Participate in project steering committees and provide valuable insights on HRIS implementation strategies.
  • Translate client needs into functional deliverables, including system documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Provide third-party application maintenance (TPAM) by assisting end users and ensuring data integrity.
  • Monitor system updates, legal changes, and SAP SuccessFactors enhancements to keep clients informed.
  • Respond to bug fixes, user queries, and system updates, ensuring high-quality service and performance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and project team.
  • Oversee project progress, team workload, and budget allocation.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior consultants, ensuring best practices in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
