We are seeking a Business Architect – Transformation & Client Connections Service to drive strategic business transformation initiatives and enhance client connectivity solutions.
- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, ensuring seamless integration of client-facing services while optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the business architecture framework to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Define and optimize client connection services, ensuring seamless digital experiences across multiple channels.
- Lead and support business transformation programs, including process reengineering, automation, and system modernization.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify improvement areas in client service delivery.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure architectural alignment between business and IT solutions.
- Design and implement client-centric engagement models, ensuring a high-quality, personalized experience.
- Work closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to align transformation efforts.
- Develop and oversee business capability roadmaps, ensuring a structured approach to transformation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to monitor the impact of transformation initiatives on client service.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics, process automation, and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, business models, and digital innovation to enhance client connections services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business architecture, digital transformation, or client services strategy.
- Strong expertise in business process modeling, enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), and digital transformation methodologies.
- Experience with client-facing digital platforms, CRM solutions, and self-service portals.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, change management, and business process optimization.
- Understanding of API-driven architectures, cloud solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Agile and SAFe methodologies.
- Background in financial services, consulting, or enterprise-level client service transformation.
- AI-driven client engagement and automation technologies.
