Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead product development, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and modern software development best practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on maximum business value and ROI.
  • Drive iteration planning, backlog management, and user story development, ensuring smooth execution of Agile methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate impediments to ensure on-time delivery of product features and releases.
  • Establish and validate acceptance criteria for components and features before integrating them into the baseline.
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor strategies, and Agile/Scrum/SAFe best practices to enhance team operations.
  • Lead project governance, manage budgets, and resolve customer escalations while maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Provide pre-sales support, collaborating with sales teams to scope and cost projects, as well as presenting delivery approaches to potential clients.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to project managers and implementation teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Product and Project Management within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment.
  • Strong expertise in IT product development

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google, AWS, or Microsoft technologies.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe DevOps, PSPO, CSPO, or PgMP certification is a plus.
  • ITIL Service Management certification is advantageous.
