We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering accurate financial insights and driving performance improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide actionable insights that support business strategies and decision-making.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure effective financial governance.
  • Develop and deliver innovative financial models, reports, and forecasts that align with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, supporting the development and implementation of budgets and cost-control measures.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and data management.
  • Support and help build an efficient controlling function, ensuring data accuracy and providing challenge to cost center controllers where needed.
  • Maintain open and effective communication within the finance team and across departments.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
