We are looking for an experienced SAP SRM Consultant to support our IT Infrastructure team in managing and enhancing SAP Basis operations, with a strong focus on SAP system administration and vendor coordination.
- This role involves acting as the key liaison between the infrastructure team and SAP service providers, ensuring optimal system performance and successful knowledge transfer post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to define and understand operational requirements for SAP Basis and SRM systems.
- Act as the SAP Service Manager, overseeing and managing daily operational activities related to SAP SRM within the infrastructure landscape.
- Coordinate with SAP and AMS vendors, ensuring service level expectations are clearly defined and maintained.
- Facilitate effective knowledge transfer from implementation teams to internal support teams, ensuring continuity and smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain system performance in SAP environments, ensuring best practices in SAP HANA administration, integration, and security are followed.
- Contribute to system audits, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including significant exposure to SAP SRM and SAP HANA.
