We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Consultant who can effectively translate customer needs into functional and technical solutions.
- You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce CPQ configurations while fostering long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- This role also includes mentoring junior team members and leading client workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify, define, and document functional and technical requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
- Deliver tailored Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships independently, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants within the team.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a consultancy role, with a strong background in Salesforce implementation.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and deployment.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, with relevant certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ Specialist).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
