We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Financial Advisor to engage in high-quality inbound and outbound communication with banking clients.
- The ideal candidate will assess clients’ financial situations, negotiate tailored repayment solutions, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, including the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and empathetic inbound and outbound communication with clients regarding their financial obligations.
- Analyze each client’s financial capacity and needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate and establish repayment plans in accordance with internal policies and financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all activities are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support the continuous implementation of the Group’s Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar financial or banking role, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
