We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Writer to create, update, and manage technical documentation for HVAC systems.
- In this role, you will transform complex technical data into clear, concise, and user-friendly documents including user guides, installation manuals, and maintenance instructions.
- You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation, while adhering to both regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical manuals for the use, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible documentation for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to collect and validate technical data.
- Ensure documentation aligns with applicable regulations and corporate guidelines.
- Maintain version control and oversee the storage and update process for all technical documents.
- Attend project meetings to understand technical requirements and document expectations.
- Provide support for training initiatives by delivering high-quality documentation and assisting in internal and external training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in technical writing, ideally within the HVAC industry or industrial technical sectors.
