Finally, this person is responsible for the organisation, roll-out and proper functioning of the IWMS system, which supports the entire operation of the building team, as well as for the management, proper functioning and organisation of the crew of the building helpdesk itself.
He/she helps to find the most favorable use of the IWMS system in supporting the tasks of the building helpdesk and the flow of these tasks to the other team members or external contractors.
He/she is jointly responsible for the quality assurance of the data present in the IWMS and keeping it up to date.
He/she also provides the links that need to be made to other data management systems or other tools within and outside DVW that wish to use the data contained in the IWMS system of building management, e.g. links to Oracle, iAsset, Terra, the GIS,… .
He/she has the necessary experience in setting up an IWMS and transferring data from one system to another in the most efficient way possible. He/she offers support in configuring the DVW-own IWMS and ensures a smooth data transfer.
Skills
Experience in setting up IWMS must be demonstrated by a performance certificate confirming proper execution in the past, signed by previous contractors.
Experience with public procurement legislation and its application is positively evaluated.
Experience in IT knowledge and data management.
Experience with water-related government in general is necessary.
Experience of at least 10 years in a managerial or management position is necessary. (Demonstrable) entrepreneurship is also valued positively.
