We are seeking a skilled Azure Engineer to join our data engineering team, focusing on the development and maintenance of scalable cloud-based data solutions. You will work with the Azure Data Stack to design, implement, and optimize data workflows and system components that support large enterprise systems.
- Your role will include building data loading procedures, enabling seamless data transformation and integration across environments, and collaborating closely with clients and analytical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouses, databases, and ETL processes using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory, SQL, Data Lake Gen2, and Databricks.
- Manage data movement and transformation across the entire system architecture.
- Support development, testing, and production environments, providing technical assistance and client support.
- Collaborate in project planning and client consultations with cross-functional analytical teams.
- Assist in system testing and contribute to release documentation.
- Share knowledge, support continuous learning initiatives, and mentor team members as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Azure-based system development.
- SQL expertise
- Azure Data Factory
- Microsoft Azure services
- Python, C#, or Scala.
- CI/CD pipelines
