We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Manager to lead the planning, analysis, and control of our financial operations.
- This role is essential to guiding business decisions through effective forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and reporting.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, regulatory adherence, and cost optimization, and will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario models to support strategic business decisions and long-term growth plans.
- Business Strategy Support: Design and manage multi-year business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Financial Oversight: Supervise financial statements, monitor cash flow, and ensure alignment with economic goals.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial and operational efficiency to enhance profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with applicable tax, accounting standards (PGC), and legal obligations.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present periodic financial reports for senior leadership and board members.
- Grants & Subsidy Management: Oversee the administration and justification of grants and public funding.
- Billing & Invoicing: Manage and monitor the purchasing and sales invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Finance) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial management, business planning, funding management, or related roles.
