We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding modules to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our HR technology landscape.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs, drive user adoption through training and support, and maintain optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules based on organizational requirements.
  • Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure system design supports business processes and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Recruiting and Onboarding functionalities.
  • Conduct regular system audits to validate data integrity and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
  • Maintain and update configurations and workflows in line with evolving HR processes or business requirements.
  • Partner with HR teams to improve the user experience and ensure system capabilities align with HR strategies.
  • Provide end-user support for HR teams, hiring managers, and candidates using SuccessFactors modules.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops to promote effective system usage and best practices.
  • Develop, update, and distribute training materials and documentation for various stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Recruiting and Onboarding are preferred.
